Rafael Orbaneja Gómez-Jordana
Lawyer and consultant throughout Spain. Graduated in Law, Master’s degree in Taxation and expert in British Law. Rafael has worked in Spain, Germany and the UK, initially working at the law firms Clifford Chance and Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, and then as a financial analyst for GENERALI LEND LEASE (GLL Real Estate Partners) in Germany for several years. He held the position of Managing Director in real estate projects for the companies Grupo Minerva, Landmark Spain, and Grupo Copisa. Finally, after working as a lawyer at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados, he founded RO ABOGADOS Y CONSULTORES in Marbella, a Law Firm specialized in real estate conveyance and company law for non-residents, as well as urban land investment consulting. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the RCMS. He speaks Spanish, English and German.
María José Payno Pallarés

She is a lawyer and entrepreneur based in Marbella. She studied Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and, after studying for the Group A competitive examination for Legal Technician of the Community of Madrid, she began her preparation for the legal profession at the law firm Legaltrade, specialising in civil and commercial law. She continued her career at AEGON SEGUROS, working as Head of the Customer Service Department and as assistant to the Legal Department. In Madrid, she was also a Legal Technician CEOE-CEPYME in the Fundación Tripartita para la Formación en el Empleo. Since 2020 she has been working at RO ABOGADOS Y CONSULTORES as a lawyer and administrative manager of the office. Participant in sporting events such as running, stand up paddle and ultra-distance trail running.
